Eugènia Guri is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels with Professor Boyan Vodenitcharov.
She graduated in 2017 at the "Escola Superior de Musica de Catalunya - ESMUC" with Professor Vladislav Bronevetzky, and in 2018 of a Master's degree in Advanced Music Performance Studies also at ESMUC. She began her piano studies at the age of 6 with Professor Carme Cesena and continued with Professor Sebastián Colombo.
She has participated in different courses (Jeunesses Musicales Deutschland’s International Chamber Music Campus, Aurora Music Stockholm Masterclasses, Sitges, Lleida, Camprodon, Rascafría), and master classes (Pietro De Maria, Andrzej Jasinski, Marta Zabaleta, Helen Krizos, Donald Weilerstein, Vivian Hornik Weilerstein, Rita Wagner...), receiving follow-up classes from Karin Merle, Alan Weiss and Vladislav Bronevetzky, with a scholarship from the Centro de Estudios Pianístics - CEP.
She has received prizes both as a solist and with different chamber groups such as 1rs prize at "XXI Pòdiums de Música de Cambra" and at "42è Concurs de joves intèrprets de piano de Vilafranca del Penedès". She has performed in various concert halls, such as Saló d'Or at the Palau Maricel in Sitges, Hall Maene in Bruxelles and Salle Gabriel Fauré du Conservatoire de Paris, Casa de Cultura Carmen Conde in Madrid, Casal del Metge, Auditori CCCB, Auditori Eduald Toldrà in Barcalona, Auditori Enric Granados in Lleida, Auditori L'Atlàntida in Vic, Hall 2, 3 and 4 of l'Auditori de Barcelona, Jardí dels Tarongers in Barcelona and others.
In chamber music, she has studied mainly with the Casals Quartet and Kennedy Moretti. She has worked with duos, trios, pianoquartets and quintets. She is currently in a piano and violin duo, Umbra Duo, with the violinist Jaume Angelès, and is part of Bärhof Ensemble.
